ABOUT CHC
For over 30 years, North Carolina’s Community Health Coalition (CHC) has focused on achieving health equity for everyone, beyond racial and socioeconomic barriers, in Durham County and the surrounding areas.

We connect passionate leaders in the fields of medicine, education, mental health, faith, law, finance, military, and social advocacy to achieve one united goal; to create a society in which all people live long, healthy, active lives full of purpose and promise.
